Jag har en kompis som är coach i kommunikation. Idag hittade jag ett klipp på youtube som han medverkade i. Han förmedlade det som jag ville höra och få bekräftat.
Lita på din känsla och bygg upp viljestyrkan,då kan ni ta er vart ni vill. Utveckla det som du är sämre i, men också det som du är bättre i. Resultatet blir att man växer i sitt team.Viktigt med stöd.
Jag har frågat honom om han har några böcker att rekommendera vad gäller utveckling. Jag fick förslag på två böcker som jag har beställt.Den ena boken heter "Bli oemotståndlig" skriven av Philippa Davis och den andre "Emotions revealed" författare Paul Ekman.
